This site is used for the staff at Overbrook High School for the sole purpose of disseminating minutes and school updates from the Annenberg Distributed Leadership Team. The DL Team is a voluntary teacher and administrator group who have come together to support the already good instruction at The Castle on the Hill.

The OHS DL Vision
The vision of the Distributed Leadership Team at Overbrook High School is to support teacher initiative and leadership through increased dialogue and implementation of instructional strategies that promote student engagement and success.
The OHS DL Mission
The mission of the Distributed Leadership Team at Overbrook High School is to increase academic rigor and interaction among the faculty, working together in a cooperative environment toward a common goal, in order to promote instructional excellence by providing opportunities for staff development.
